Itinerary

Whether you're flying in that morning or already staying in Nairobi, we’ll collect you and transfer you to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Samburu National Reserve. On a clear day, enjoy breathtaking views over the northern Kenyan plains and the majestic Mount Kenya, Africa’s second-highest peak.
Upon arrival at Samburu, your guide will meet you and take you on a scenic drive through the park to your luxury accommodation, where you’ll catch your first glimpses of the incredible wildlife in this rugged landscape. After lunch at your camp, the afternoon will be spent on an exciting game drive.
Your expert Kenyan safari guide will assist you in spotting, identifying, and photographing the park’s magnificent animals. The cooler late afternoon is perfect for observing young animals at play and the lively activity around watering holes. After returning to camp, dinner will be served, and you can unwind to the soothing sounds of the river flowing nearby.

Enjoy breakfast before embarking on a morning game drive, where you’ll have the chance to witness the early activity of wildlife awakening by the river. Keep an eye out for the stunning Grevy's zebra, Beisa oryx, gerenuk antelope, and Kirk's dik-dik.
After your drive, your guide will take you back to your luxury accommodation for a leisurely lunch, allowing you to savor your meal while watching the riverside activity of the Ewaso Ng’iro River.
In the afternoon, you’ll head back out into Samburu, searching for elephants and buffalo as they roam this expansive territory. After a full day of adventure, you can unwind in your luxurious surroundings, which include private seating areas, hot showers, and internet access.
Dinner will be served, featuring options of local beers, spirits, and house wines, providing a perfect end to your day in the wild.

Enjoy breakfast overlooking the river, where you might spot crocodiles basking in the sun as they await their next meal. This peaceful setting is a perfect way to start your day.
After breakfast, you'll embark on a game drive through the park, making your way out of Samburu and back to the airport for your return flight. As you soar above the Kenyan plains, take in the breathtaking views and gain a fresh perspective on the landscape.
Upon landing in Nairobi, a driver will meet you to transfer you to the international airport, your hotel, or your residence, depending on your onward plans.
