Itinerary
The safari tour of Tsavo East starts with a scheduled pick-up and introduction to the Kenya Safari guide in the early morning. The journey takes us along the busy Nairobi Mombasa highway with great views of the Kapiti plains and spectacular landscapes. We arrive at Manyani gate in the Tsavo for registration and a short game drive en route to your accommodation property for a hot lunch and check-in.
The Tsavo East National Park is famous for hosting the largest mammal and a as well largest wildlife sanctuaries. A safari tour here is worth it and we spend the whole afternoon and evening for a game drive. Search for the big five, the red soli elephants, rhinos, lions, leopards, and buffalos. Other sightseeing includes hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and gazelles among many more wild animals. We return with more game drive to our accommodation property for dinner and overnight.
Early breakfast then departs with the packed picnic lunches for a full-day safari game viewing. We have the day to experience and discover the beauty of Tsavo East National Park, visit the hippo pools, and Galana River to see the waterfalls, Mutanda Rock, Yatta Plateau, and many more attractions of this park. Late afternoon we drive back to our accommodation property to enjoy the lodge facilities or decide to enjoy the game drive till 1700hrs. With great safari tour memories of Tsavo East National Park enjoy dinner and overnight.
In the Early morning enjoy a cup of tea or coffee then proceed for a safari tour, Search for the nocturnal animals as they return from their early morning hunt. Enjoy and take great photographs of the sunrise, and return to the lodge before 0900am for a full breakfast. Check out the final game drive and exit Tsavo East National Park at Voi Gate. Either the safari tour will end with a drop off at the coastal region (At an additional cost) or a drive back to Nairobi where it will end.
